About Jack Riccardi
Jack is a uniquely experienced and educated senior financial executive with a true passion for helping companies increase their profitability and stakeholders’ wealth.
Beginning his career as a public accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, Jack has since been through some 30 years of financial, operational and transactional problem solving. Throughout these years, Jack has helped a wide range of companies – from the start-up to the multi-billion corporation — through various stages of their respective business life cycle.
He has led the financial management of numerous companies around the world through the painful start-up period, through necessary turn-arounds, and through the challenging growth stage; he has also been a key team player in a numerous successful business acquisitions, business exits and other cross-border transactions.
Jack is a hand’s on executive with specific areas of expertise which include strategic decision-making modeling, debt and equity financings, cash flow management, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, and financial reporting. His industry specialties include automotive, manufacturing, technology, and biotech.
Jack is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Accounting. He also holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a Masters of Science in Decision Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
After years of working around the world, Jack has settled in the Philadelphia region where he enjoys two rescue dogs, weightlifting, and reading history.
